Proceeding from the humanitarian and professional feeling and in support of people with special needs, the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala launched an important initiative by establishing entrances dedicated to vehicles with special needs to facilitate access to the college buildings, educational and study classes, and to attend events with complete flexibility and flow.
