Students of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals at the College of Islamic Sciences organize a celebration on the occasion of the birth of the Muhammadiyah moons

The students of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals at the College of Islamic Sciences held a celebration on the occasion of the birth of the divine moons, the imams of the House of Prophethood, may prayers and peace be upon them, in the blessed month of Sha’ban.

The celebration included a speech on this occasion by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Jassim Hamza Al-Tarifi, rapporteur of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, in which he referred to the role of the imams of Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, in raising society’s awareness of reform and rejecting differences and consolidating this in the hearts of students.

Then came the speech of the teacher in the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, Dr. Hamid Shehab Ahmed, in which he explained the role of the imams of Ahl al-Bayt in moral and religious commitment for the reform of society.
Then a speech by the teacher Khaled Abdel-Nabi Al-Tarisi in the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, in which he referred to the role of Ahl al-Bayt in peaceful coexistence, with clarification of the role of Ahl al-Bayt in rejecting differences and focusing on reforming the nation with what the Prophet Muhammad brought.

The ceremony included a competition for students on some religious issues that affect the reality of the university student, with regard to the issue of interaction between students in the university community, and what is related to the official religious dress in a way that suits the culture of the University and the city of Karbala and the College of Islamic Sciences

The competition also focused on some hadiths and dates of the births of Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them. In conclusion, the department’s rapporteur emphasized the commitment to role models, the imams of guidance, peace be upon them, in all aspects of scientific, practical and social life in order to elevate society and the university to higher ranks and bring peace to all parts of our beloved land, Karbala in particular, and our beloved Iraq in general.
