In her thesis, the researcher indicated that the family is the first human cell in building society, as it is the first school in which the individual learns morals and acquires values and beliefs that are the first seed in building his personality and its impact on his family and social relationship.

She added that Islam has given the family great attention and laid the foundations and sound rules in building the family before marriage, beginning with the good choice of the husband and wife, stressing on choosing the character of religion over the rest of the attributes because of its impact on building a good and sound family from moral deviations and behavioral disorders that threaten the security and stability of the family, as well as From this, we find that the family system in Islam is based on legal foundations and jurisprudential rulings that balance rights and duties according to the structural differences and individual differences between family members, taking into account the appropriate role played by each one of them.

The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Nahida Jalil Abdul-Hassan Al-Ghalbi from Karbala University – College of Islamic Sciences – as chairperson, and assistant professor Dr.: Sadiq Hassan Ali from Kufa University – College of Jurisprudence – as a member. And the assistant professor, Dr.: Muslim Kazem Aidan, from the College of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) as a member, and the professor: Dr.: Muhammad Hussein Abboud – Karbala University – the College of Islamic Sciences – as a member and supervisor.
