A teacher at the College of Islamic Sciences discusses a doctoral thesis at the University of Kufa.

With the aim of increasing the exchange of scientific and academic experiences between Iraqi universities.
She participated in the teaching department in the Department of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals – Faculty of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala – Prof. Dr. Nahida Jalil Al-Ghalbi, in her capacity as a member of the committee to discuss the doctoral student’s thesis (Moataz Muhammad Hanoun) at the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the University of Kufa, which is titled: “The soft war is a jurisprudential study.”

The discussion revolved around this term, which is one of the innovations, and after an abundance of mutual discussions and important information, the committee decided to amend the title to (soft war and methods of confrontation in Islamic law) in line with the content of the thesis.

The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr.: Balasem Aziz Shabib from the University of Kufa – Faculty of Jurisprudence – as the chairperson, and Prof.: Muhannad Mustafa Jamal Al-Din from the University of Kufa – Faculty of Jurisprudence – as a member. Prof. Dr.: Jabbar Kazem Al-Mulla from Babylon University – College of Islamic Sciences as a member. Prof.: Nahida Jalil Al-Ghalbi – from Karbala University – College of Islamic Sciences – as a member, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Sahib Al-Murshidi, University of Kufa – College of Basic Education as a member, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali Hashem from Kufa University – Faculty of Jurisprudence, member and supervisor.
