Praise be to Allah for his blessings, and prayers and peace be upon Muhammad and his family … and after This thesis dealt with an important topic of the fundamentals and the subject of Al-Ensiraf (concept and applications(. And my concern to discuss the matters of religion to complete the scientific process in the footsteps of our scientists evacuation, and my professors, and with the help of encouraging them to choose a subject related to the asset, and the guidance of Qudati and mentors Dr. Mohammed Hussein al-Tai, and after the search and audit met the desire for scientific expertise The choice was made to study the issue of (the departure of its concept and its applications.

After learning about the subject, I started to plan for this study in order to achieve the desired results:

First: – Preface: Which included the search for fundamentalism of the rule and the difference between the rule and doctrinal theory.

Second: – Introduction: I talked about the nature of the topic and its importance, the reasons for its selection and previous efforts in it and the research plan and methodology, which I committed to.

Third: Chapter One: It is the theoretical framework of the concepts of research, where it introduced the concept of the term in language and reform and originated this term, and talked about the sections and the relationship of the prejudice of wisdom, and the division of this chapter on three topics.

Fourth: Chapter Two: The title of the related terms and divided it into three sections, where the first section on the importance of deviation in the expansion and narrowing of speeches and Shariah rulings, and the second relationship deviation to custom and habit and the third relationship to the terms of the vocabulary.

Fifth: Chapter Three: And devoted to the doctrinal applications of the rule of departure and divided it into three sections also the first with regard to worship and the other with regard to transactions and limits and reinforcements, respectively.

Sixth: Conclusion: It included its most important findings and recommendations on this subject
