In which the details of technical and logistical matters were discussed, to put the final touches to the proceedings of the conference, and many topics were discussed, the most important of which are accepted research from outside and inside Iraq, which reached nearly (80) acceptable research, and the inclusion of topics related to the preparations for the establishment of the conference and work to develop a complete mechanism to provide requirements All by the committees and the mechanism of their distribution

In addition to distributing tasks to all committees, each according to his specialization and role, and at the end of the meeting, the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Professor Dr. Dergham Karim Al-Musawi stressed the need for everyone’s concerted efforts in order to bring out the conference in a wonderful way and a high level befitting the name of the one who founded this conference for her sake, Our Lady Al-Zahra, peace be upon her.
