A discussion of the doctoral dissertation tagged “Understanding the verses of rulings in the light of the fundamentalist and modernist vision” took place in the hall of Imam Al-Hussein (pbuh) in the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala – a comparative study. The researcher sheds light on the understanding raised in the interpretation of many verses of rulings, and the statement of the correct meanings of the Qur’anic rulings whose meanings have been distorted, and the confrontation of those ideas and sayings and the statement of the truth of the matter through legal evidence and rules.
