The College of Islamic Sciences discusses understanding the verses of rulings in the light of the fundamentalist and modernist vision

A discussion of the doctoral dissertation tagged “Understanding the verses of rulings in the light of the fundamentalist and modernist vision” took place in the hall of Imam Al-Hussein (pbuh) in the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala – a comparative study. The student Salah Odeh Abdul Amir.

The researcher sheds light on the understanding raised in the interpretation of many verses of rulings, and the statement of the correct meanings of the Qur’anic rulings whose meanings have been distorted, and the confrontation of those ideas and sayings and the statement of the truth of the matter through legal evidence and rules. Legitimacy and disciplined curricula as the solution between Islamic schools of thought.

And Prof. Dr.: Hadi Hussein Hadi – from the University of Kufa – College of Jurisprudence as a member: and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hussein Abboud from the University of Karbala – College of Islamic Sciences as a member, and Prof. Dr. Hamid Jassem Abboud from the University of Karbala – College of Islamic Sciences, Member: Assistant Professor Dr. Khudair Jassem Haloub from Karbala University – College of Islamic Sciences, Member: and Professor Dr. Blasim Aziz Shabib from the University of Kufa – College of Jurisprudence, member and supervisor, and the thesis was approved with distinction.
