The College of Islamic Sciences participates in the Fifth International Conference on Imam Hussein (peace be upon him)

In the context of enhancing scientific cooperation between universities and religious institutions and exchanging knowledge, the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala participated in the Fifth International Conference on Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), organized by the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein and Dar al-Quran al-Kareem at the University of the Inheritors of the Prophets (peace be upon them).

The conference, titled ‘Leadership of the Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them) in the Interpretation of the Quran: A Reading in Methodology and Tools,’ was held in collaboration with the Colleges of Islamic Sciences at the University of the Inheritors of the Prophets, the University of Karbala, the University of Baghdad, the University of Babylon, the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the University of Kufa, with the participation of approximately 80 research papers. The committee accepted forty-two papers, and researchers from various universities and several countries, including Sudan, Lebanon, Iran, Nigeria, and the UK, presented their work, in addition to Iraqi participation.

It is worth noting that collaboration in this conference provides an opportunity for exchanging ideas and experiences, as well as enhancing a deep understanding of these vital fields
