The College of Islamic Sciences received a commemorative shield in recognition of the participation of Assistant Professor Dr. Wafa Abbas Fayyad, a faculty member in the Arabic Language Department, in the conference on Orientalism and Imam Hussein titled “Imam Hussein: Universality and Eternity.” The conference was held under the auspices of the Institution of Prophets’ Heritage for Specialized Studies in the Husseini Renaissance, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
