Upon a generous invitation from the Dean of the Technical Institute in Karbala, Professor Dr. Fadel Mohammed Zaher, Dr. Issam Al-Masoudi, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, delivered a scientific lecture titled “Semantic Significance in the Blessed Surah Al-Qadr” at the Technical Institute in Karbala, on the occasion of the night expected to be Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree).
