As part of its participation and institutional reform program, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, organized an online seminar titled “Family Leadership and Achieving Balance Between Internal and External Roles.” The seminar was delivered by Professor Dr. Amjad Hamid Al-Fadhel.

The seminar covered several topics, including:

• The concept of leadership linguistically and terminologically.
• Methods of successful family leadership.
• General steps for family leadership.
• The objective of family leadership.

The seminar aimed to shed light on intellectual development within the family, organizing functions and roles within the household, fostering discussion and dialogue between parents and children, and structuring time and daily tasks. It emphasized creating a purposeful and beneficial daily life plan grounded in Islamic teachings.
