The Arabic Language Department at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, organized a scientific debate for third-year students under the supervision of Professor Dr. Nours Ibrahim Abdulhadi. The debate focused on the eloquence of Imam Ali (PBUH) in Nahj al-Balagha.

The debate witnessed remarkable interaction from students, who chose this dialogical method to break the routine of traditional lectures. They posed various questions that enriched the discussion and deepened their understanding. The deliberations concentrated on the rhetorical and linguistic aspects of Imam Ali’s (PBUH) sermons, adding an academic and analytical dimension to the debate.
