Abstract
Conclusion:
Followers of the Imami Usuli school able to recognize the successful achievements in finding solutions for serious matters which other schools could not solve them.
Although, the evidences of the book\Quran, Sunnah, and other evidences were full of facts and indicators, but the dimensions addressed by the sciences of this school related to the Prophet and his pure family were able to achieve their goals in establishing the foundations of religion leading ahead other schools of thoughts, thus, it became a beacon in its fields of specialization, winning the cane of precedence in success and leadership before others.
Then these sciences merged as a whole and in one system in order to serve the science of Usul, providing and drawing on them, establishing and applying them to achieve what serves the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Prophet.
As for the term “the industry of principles,” it is, in terms of addition, an innovative term that the public has used in recent decades to refer to the science of principles, and it has been used by Imami scholars in relation to the process of deduction and fatwa, and what is related to the process of applying the principles of principles. You will find that they use the phrase “the requirement of the industry,” but without he term “Usulism\ fundamentalism” is used without any addition, and the researcher must distinguish between the fundamentalist and the jurisprudential ones.
This is an equation governed by scientific research based on a jurisprudential or fundamentalist perspective to distinguish what is intended. This use and expression are correct if it is in consideration of the application and exercise of the faculty, because the term “industry” is a logical statement. It is known that “If the industry is fundamental and foundational to fundamental rules, then it is a fundamental and fundamental industry”.
Add to that, if it is in the application of the fundamental rules and the like, which have a role in the process of ijtihad and its production to achieve the outcomes of the process of deduction from the legal rulings, then it is a deductive fundamentalist industry, and the lack of fundamentalism and deductiveness distinguishes each of the two industries, and so on in the other sciences. If it is in consideration of the science of jurisprudence, then it is a jurisprudential industry, and in consideration of the science of grammar, then it is a grammatical industry, and so on in everything in which the faculty can be applied and activated to achieve the outcomes of that science, because the industry is known as the faculty according to the scholars of the balance, since the industry is a logical statement whose limit is the scholars of logic and philosophy, and on that consideration, the reliance is scientific to reveal the intended meaning, which is what the research chooses and the effect is arranged upon it to achieve the desired.
We have mentioned the impact of the fundamentalist industry on the science of interpretation by mentioning the rules that were established during different eras due to the multiple motives, and different purposes to meet the need left by many of the renewed jurisprudential issues in different periods of times. therefore, due to the intersection of understandings at other times, which prompted the fundamentalist industry to expand in its meaning to include the process of establishing the fundamentalist rules from the Book and the Sunnah, as well as including the fundamentalist rules that enter into the process of jurisprudential deduction, and interpretation of the Glorious Book with the restriction of using and applying the scientific or intellectual faculty in these mentioned processes to strengthen the tributaries of interpretation with the breadth of the circle of rules that contribute to revealing the divine intent.
The main purpose of researching and investigating into this term is to activate the rules of the science of Usul, in a way that makes the Usul material more flexible and capable of performing its role in contemporary Islamic thought, by preserving the constants and moving the mind within the framework of variables.
