Mustafa Ghazi, a doctoral student at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, delivered the official opening address for the Quranic Scientific Complex stations, launched to serve the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) during the Arbaeen pilgrimage in Karbala Governorate.

His participation came as part of Quranic activities aimed at promoting Quranic culture and enhancing religious awareness among the visitors. The program began with a blessed Quranic recitation followed by a welcoming speech to the pilgrims, in which he praised the role of the Complex in reinforcing Quranic values during this significant occasion.
