A Seminar for Master’s Students at the College of Islamic Sciences Hosts Dr. Hussein Saleh Thahir to Discuss Linguistic Analysis of the Qur’anic Text

The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Islamic Sciences hosted Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Saleh Thahir, a faculty member in the department, in an academic seminar dedicated to postgraduate (Master’s) students specializing in the Language and Literature of the Qur’an.

During the session, Dr. Hussein presented a scholarly lecture addressing the mechanisms of linguistic analysis of the Qur’anic text, explaining the methodological foundations that should be adopted when studying Qur’anic texts from linguistic and semantic perspectives.

The seminar witnessed remarkable engagement from the Master’s students, who raised various questions and scholarly observations that enriched the discussion and contributed to broadening their understanding and analytical insight into the linguistic dimensions of the Qur’anic text.
