Professor Dr. Wafaa Abbas Fayyad, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences, participated by delivering the address of the Scientific Committee at the Eighth Global Women’s Scientific and Cultural Conference, which was held as part of the activities of the Spirit of Prophethood Festival, organized by the Al-Kafeel Women’s Schools Division.

Dr. Wafaa Abbas Fayyad’s participation came as an affirmation of her active scientific and academic role as a member of the conference’s Scientific Committee. During the event, she was honored with a certificate of appreciation from the General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, in recognition of her scientific efforts and distinguished contributions that helped ensure the success of the conference and achieve the outcomes of joint academic work.

This participation and honoring coincided with the central ceremony for the graduation of Iraqi university female students in its tenth edition, held in a celebratory atmosphere that reflected the strong attention given to the role of academic and scientific women and the enhancement of their presence in local and international cultural and scientific forums.
