
The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala held a meeting of the College Council to discuss a number of issues related to student affairs and the academic situation, within the framework of the College Deanship’s commitment to creating a supportive and motivating educational environment.

The meeting included hosting the representative of the College’s students, with the aim of identifying their needs and requests and listening to their views and suggestions. This contributes to strengthening direct communication between the College administration and students and represents a motivating and supportive aspect of their academic journey.
The Council also discussed matters related to academic accreditation, in the presence of the official from the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit. During the meeting, accreditation requirements and mechanisms for their implementation were reviewed, with emphasis on the importance of adhering to approved standards in a manner that positively reflects on the quality of education and its outcomes.
This meeting comes as part of the series of periodic meetings held by the Council of the College of Islamic Sciences, aiming to develop the educational process, raise the academic and administrative level, and better serve the College’s students.
