
Dr. Salem Mohammed Naama, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, has recently published an academic book entitled Criminal Policy in Combating Crimes against Children in Light of Islamic Jurisprudence and Human Rights, printed by Dar Al-Rayahin Press.
The book addresses a highly important topic concerning the protection of children’s rights and the prevention of crimes committed against them, through an in-depth study that integrates the rulings of Islamic jurisprudence with the principles of human rights. It highlights the legal and religious foundations of criminal policy and its role in limiting such crimes.
This publication represents a distinguished academic contribution that enriches the scholarly and research library, and reflects the interest of researchers at the College of Islamic Sciences in contemporary social issues, particularly those related to protecting the most vulnerable groups in society and building a legislative and ethical framework that ensures the dignity and safety of children.
