The College of Islamic Sciences Collaborates in Organizing an Introductory Workshop on Technology Incubators and Entrepreneurial Services

The Incubator Unit at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, in collaboration with the Technology Incubator Division at the University Presidency, organized a workshop titled “Introduction to Technology Incubators and Services for Entrepreneurs.” This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem within the university.

The workshop aimed to highlight the vital role of technology incubators in supporting entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into viable projects. It also introduced the services provided to entrepreneurs, including technical and training consultations, as well as support in the fields of innovation and development.

The sessions were presented by Dr. Agadir Alaa Abed and Mr. Mohammed Ayad Naeem, who provided a detailed explanation of project incubation mechanisms and the requirements for joining incubator programs. Additionally, they showcased successful models of projects developed with the support of technology incubators.

The workshop was attended by a number of students and individuals interested in entrepreneurship. The event concluded with an open discussion session to answer participants’ inquiries, contributing to the promotion of a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial work within the university environment.
