The Deanship of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, represented by its Dean, Professor Dr. Mohammed Hussein Abood Al-Tai, and all its faculty and staff, extends its deepest condolences and expressions of loyalty to the Master of our Time (may Allah hasten his reappearance), and to the lovers, followers, and all Muslims on this painful occasion and great loss.

We commemorate the martyrdom of the Icon of Truth and the Custodian of Knowledge, Imam Ja’far bin Muhammad al-Sadiq (peace be upon him). We pray to the Almighty to grant us the opportunity to visit his holy shrine in this world and to receive his intercession in the hereafter. Indeed, He is the Most Merciful of the merciful.
