Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Shalal Mutaib Al-Kuraiti, a lecturer at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, chaired the ministerial committee for evaluating the scientific and academic reality of the Media Department at the College of Arts at the University of Babylon, according to the ministerial order issued by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority – Scientific Evaluation Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The ministerial committee was briefed on the provision of all material and human requirements, infrastructure standards, practical training requirements, the establishment of various scientific activities, as well as the various student activities and the criteria for selecting educational leaders to head the media department in the college.
