A master’s thesis in the College of Islamic Sciences discusses customary forgiveness and its provisions in Islamic jurisprudence

A master’s thesis was discussed in the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, which was titled Customary Forgiveness and Its Rulings in Islamic Jurisprudence.. by the student Maryam Ahmed Kazem and in the hall of Al-Sadiq Al-Amin (may God bless him and grant him peace) in the college.

In her thesis, the researcher indicated that the subject of custom is one of the topics in which there is disagreement in terms of authenticity or lack thereof, and that it is an origin or not.

The researcher followed the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, as it was described and clarified what was reached by the jurists regarding the sayings in custom and customary forgiveness, and analyzed the opinions, evidence and results that were reached in order to reach a complete and comprehensive vision of the term.

The discussion committee consisted of the experienced doctor: Sahib Muhammad Hussein Nassar from the University College of Jurisprudence – Chairman. And Assistant Professor Dr.: Muhammad Nazem Muhammad Al-Mafarji – from the University of Karbala – College of Islamic Sciences as a member and Dr. Ayat Eid Al-Wahhab Abdul Razzaq from the University of Karbala – College of Islamic Sciences Member, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Muhammad Hussein from Karbala University – College of Islamic Sciences, member and supervisor
