The Quality Assurance and Performance Department at the College of Islamic Sciences in Karbala University organized a training course on documenting the performance evaluation forms for teaching staff and employees.

The course was presented by Dr. Mustafa Hussein, the Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Department, and Assistant Lecturer Sarah Abdul Amir, the department’s representative.

The objective of the course was to familiarize professors and employees with the process of handling the performance evaluation file, as well as understanding the documentation specific to each category of the staff within the college.

It is worth mentioning that the training course was conducted to address the key obstacles faced by employees in filling out the evaluation form.
