The provincial radio station hosted Dr. Rafah Abdul Hussain Mehdi Al-Fatlawi, a lecturer at the College of Islamic Sciences and the head of the Special Needs Unit at the University of Karbala.

During the interview, which took place on the “Morning of the Province” program as part of the service segment, Dr. Rafah discussed “University of Karbala’s Care for Persons with Special Needs, in addition to receiving direct communications and responding to inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.”
