The study aimed to present and scientific analysis of the methodology of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Sanad in the study of jurisprudential rules.
The researcher indicated that researching the jurisprudential rules in our present time is more necessary because the areas of life are undergoing a great development, which has produced many images of worship, transactions and social systems in which the rule of the street is sought to be known, and no researcher or jurist can reach the Sharia ruling, especially in the new jurisprudential issues. By using the principles and foundations, the most important of which is the jurisprudential rules, so studying the jurisprudential rules is, yes, it is not an end in itself, although that is important. These rules verify them from other evidence.
The thesis emerged after extensive discussions with many conclusions and recommendations that were praised by the discussion committee, and the student obtained a master’s degree in Sharia and Islamic Sciences.
