Varied subjects and numerous files are exploited to scrutinize the full world of Imam Ali (peace is upon him). some researchers had gone to investigate the books of Nahj Al Balaghah (A Method of Rhetoric) , others examine the books of imploring and moreover some try to investigate his messages and wisdom . As a result, each has to consider a particular field . Accordingly, a part of the messages of Imam Ali (peace is upon him). his imploring or his speech has been exploited that can lead to understand a text , averse (Ayah) or a Quranic articulation .

As a matter of fact has to approve the importance of the speech of Imam Ali (peace is upon him) and its function to apprehend the Holly Qur’an and moreover it can be considered as invaluable source to explain the Holly Qur’an as Imam Ali takes the first rank.The research has been divided into a prelude and three chapters.The prelude has to identify the terms of the title. The first two chapters are to explain the speech of Imam Ali (peace 1s upon him)that can explicitly use to comprehend the holly Qur’an.

Hence ,Chapter one includes the field of ideology whilst chapter two discusses the perception . Chapter three implicitly deals with the matter of explaining some Quranic verses concerning variety of topics. The research comes to present a conclusion and a number of important results .It becomes clear that the speech of Imam Ali (peace is upon him) 1s a true reflection of the Holly Qur’an that reflected by the personality of the Imam where he himself reformulates according to his manner . It is clear enough that the speech of Imam Ali(peace is upon him) can be considered as a perusal to the Holly Qur’an due to the fact that the Imam Ali (peace is upon him) is the spoken Quran as he is above people and lower to the speech of his mighty .
