The second chapter explain the ruling delinquency and religious extremism in Islamic law, and the position of Islamic law from it, with a brief history of this extremism and deviation, and the statement of its causes, and the most important manifestations and signs, were stopovers in the impact of this deviation and extremism in the armed violence and crimes of genocide, it 1sexcept for exposure to the terms legitimacy that offends extremists used as trap and infidelity and apostasy, and the rule of atonement.And he stopped the third chapter on the meaning of genocide, its causes and motives, and distinguishes them from the rest of crimes against humanity and the statement of privacy, and the definition of governance Forensic this crime _ through extrapolation of religious texts, and the opinions of scholars, the way portrayed in the Koran, with a statement of the position of Judaism and Christianity, including religion, and sealed Chapter remembrance of practical models and historical evidence in relation to the Muslim community in question, then the finale with the most important results that have been reached research.
