The study has answered the main question as follows:

Is there legitimacy of the provisions in the Renaissance Hosseinieh?

As the study by answering the following sub-questions:

l-How do we deal with the novels Renaissance Hosseinieh? In any

balance we place?

terms of strengths and weaknesses?

Renaissance Husseiniya, or if those factors stand behind the legitimate

mandate of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him’?

5-How do you reconcile the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice

and the damage condition stipulated by the verses and stories and

sayings of scholars?

6-Do Jihad Renaissance Hosseinieh different from Jihad among the

general public and decided by scholars?

7-What is the application of those provisions, 1n fact?

The researcher used in the theoretical side descriptive analytical method,

which relies on display views from the original sources and legitimacy,

analyzed and studied, leading to conclusions, as well as deductive side

in the presentation of the verses and stories, discuss and link the

theoretical and practical side and the statement of those provisions.
