The head of the Department of Quranic Studies at the College of Islamic Sciences participated as a member of the discussion committee

As part of the joint scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nazim Mohammed, the head of the Quranic Studies Department at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, participated as a member of the examination committee for the master’s thesis presented by the student Mohammed Farhan Gawey Al-Badri at the College of Jurisprudence at the University of Kufa. The thesis was entitled “Crimes of Honor: A Study in Imamite Jurisprudence Compared to Iraqi Law.”

The scientific committee was composed of:

  1. Prof. Haider Abdul Jabbar Al-Waeli (Chairman)
  2. Assoc. Prof. Mohammed Nazim Mohammed (Member)
  3. Assoc. Prof. Alaa Abdul Hussein Al-Silawi (Member)
  4. Prof. Sadeq Hasan Ali (Member and Supervisor)

After a comprehensive scientific discussion, the thesis was approved.
