The Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at Karbala University, Professor Dr. Dargham Al-Mousawi, participated as a representative of the President of Karbala University, Professor Dr. Basim Al-Saedi, in the Third International Scientific Conference of the Military Threshold, under the slogan “The Holy Military Threshold: Samarra, the Capital of Thought and Heritage.”

The conference was organized by the Samarra Heritage Center in collaboration with Karbala University and twenty-four other Iraqi universities.

This conference is part of the scientific activities that focus on researching the heritage of Samarra in terms of its authenticity and civilization. The research papers were prepared by experts in historical and religious heritage.
