A student from the Arabic Language Department at the College of Islamic Sciences wins first place in the inaugural university competition for rhetoric and public speaking

The Arabic Language Department at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, clinches first place in the inaugural university competition for rhetoric and public speaking. The competition, under the patronage of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ahmed Al-Mubarak, and supervised by the University of Karbala, saw the student contestant, Montather Haider Khudair, outshine all participants. The achievement is attributed to the student’s talent, with dedicated guidance from the department’s instructor, Dr. Nour Abdul Hadi.

Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hussein Aboud Al-Taie, emphasizes the college’s commitment to nurturing and showcasing the creative abilities of its students. He expresses pride in the student’s first-place victory and encourages participation in more religious and cultural competitions to enhance students’ knowledge and skills.
