The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala discusses the integrative relationship between legal considerations and formative realities in Imami jurisprudence.

At the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, the defense of the master’s thesis titled ‘The Integrative Relationship between Legal Considerations and Formative Realities in Imami Jurisprudence – a Jurisprudential Study’ took place. The student presenting the thesis is Mohammed Abdul Abbas Jawad. The defense was held in the Al-Sadiq Al-Amin (AS) Hall at the college.

The thesis explored the nature of legal considerations in terms of theorization, foundation, and specification, elucidating the doctrinal paths and the legal and intellectual implications arising from them. The goal was to highlight the reality of legal considerations in accordance with foundational principles and the intellectual, ideological, and jurisprudential insights that emerge from them.

Among the most important findings of the research is that legal considerations serve as a preservation system for latent perfections inherent in the world of formation, within the depths of things, and in the actions of beings. The integrative approach, although not explicitly stated in the words of the great scholars of jurisprudence, is implied in their expressions and conclusions.

The examination committee included the following members:
