A Faculty Member from the College of Islamic Sciences Delivers a Scholarly Lecture at Al-Zahraa Institute on the Occasion of the Martyrdom of Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him)

Dr. Mawahib Saleh Mahdi, a lecturer at the College of Islamic Sciences, delivered an academic lecture as part of a cultural symposium held on the occasion of the martyrdom of Imam Ja’far Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him), at Al-Zahraa Institute, in collaboration with the Rasaalat Preachers Complex.

The lecture, titled “An Interpretive Reading of the Verse: ‘Most of them dislike the truth'”, addressed two main themes: first, presenting the various interpretive opinions regarding the noble verse; and second, highlighting the role of Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) in confronting intellectual deviations during his historical era.

The symposium was attended by a number of preachers and students of the institute, who engaged actively with the lecture, appreciating its intellectual depth and scientific analysis, which reflected the significance of the occasion and the prominent role of Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) in establishing true Islamic thought.
