
The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala held a specialized training course entitled “Developing Administrative and Financial Skills,” led by the college’s Assistant Dean, Dr. Sadiq Al-Hasnawi Sadiq Abbas Rahi. The course was attended by a group of college staff and participants with an interest in the administrative and financial fields.
The course aimed to enhance the efficiency and knowledge of employees in key areas of administration and finance. It featured an in-depth explanation of the concept of the general budget, methods of preparing it, and its various types. Additionally, the course addressed the concept of budgeting at the organizational level and how to prepare final accounts.
Further topics included financial auditing and control, the historical evolution of the auditing field, relevant regulatory standards, and the essential skills and traits required for audit personnel.
The course concluded with an evaluative exam for participants to assess their understanding of the covered topics and measure both their theoretical and practical learning outcomes.
