Quranic Sciences Students Shine in “Prince of Poets” Literary Initiative

A group of students from the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education at the College of Islamic Sciences participated in the “Prince of Poets” project, which aims to discover and nurture young poetic talents. Among the standout participants were students Abbas Fadel and Thamer Al-Fartousi, who presented poetic pieces reflecting their deep religious and literary awareness.

Their participation came as part of a broader series of activities designed to cultivate students’ literary skills and strengthen their presence in the cultural and poetic scene. Their poems were well-received by both the audience and the judging panel, praised for their eloquent language and meaningful content that embodied Islamic values and authentic cultural identity.
