Mustafa Ghazi, a PhD student at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, took part in the ceremony organized by the Qur’an Institute / Karbala branch, affiliated with the Scientific Qur’anic Complex of the al-Abbas Holy Shrine, to honor the instructors who contributed to the Summer Qur’anic Courses Project in Karbala Governorate.
