The Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Mohammed Hussein Abbud Al-Tai, visited the Journal of Contemporary Islamic Studies, where he met with the journal’s Editor-in-Chief, Professor Dr. Saeed Hameed. He extended his congratulations on Dr. Saeed’s appointment as Editor-in-Chief and expressed his gratitude for his clear efforts in supervising the journal’s operations and the scientific and technical developments that contributed to its new and enhanced edition.
During the visit, the Dean reviewed the scientific, administrative, and technical procedures adopted by the journal, praising the efforts of the Editor-in-Chief and the work team who played a significant role in advancing the journal. The team includes:

- Assistant Lecturer Saba Hashem Sultan
- Sayedah Alaa Abdul-Awn Jallab
The Dean renewed his thanks and appreciation for these efforts, emphasizing the importance of continuing to achieve further progress and distinction. He also affirmed his full support for all measures that elevate the journal scientifically and administratively, including providing the necessary financial support to strengthen its presence among researchers, scholars, and academics who publish their studies in it, enabling the journal to continue its path toward greater advancement and effectiveness.
