
The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala has signed a joint scientific and cultural cooperation mechanism with its counterpart at Hakim Sabzevari University, with the aim of strengthening academic collaboration and enhancing the exchange of scientific and cultural expertise between the two sides.
This cooperation comes as a result of the efforts and organizational arrangements carried out by Assistant Professor Dr. Mawaheb Saleh Mahdi, Director of the Cultural Activity Unit at the college and a member of the Committee for Scientific Memorandums of Understanding with counterpart Iranian colleges. These efforts were undertaken during her reception of Dr. Sediqeh Nasri, Director of Cultural and International Relations at Hakim Sabzevari University.
During her visit, Dr. Nasri met with both the Scientific and Administrative Assistants of the College of Islamic Sciences, where they discussed prospects for joint cooperation and the activation of scientific and cultural programs between the two universities, under the direct supervision and support of the Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala.
The signing of this memorandum comes as a step forward in promoting academic openness and supporting joint efforts to develop scientific programs and expand avenues of cultural exchange between the two institutions.
