
The Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, received a delegation from the Department of Islamic Education and Qur’anic Sciences at Al-Taff University College, as part of efforts to strengthen scientific collaboration and exchange academic expertise between the two sides.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the materials presented to the Committee for Updating Curricula for Colleges of Islamic Sciences, particularly those related to the courses offered by the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education. The aim was to develop academic content and align it with the requirements of quality assurance and academic accreditation.
The visiting delegation was also provided with all relevant documents, including curriculum update files and ministerial administrative directives, in support of both sides’ efforts to advance academic standards and achieve a shared educational vision.
This cooperation comes as part of the College of Islamic Sciences’ ongoing efforts to enhance academic communication and openness toward other educational institutions in a way that contributes to the development of the educational process.
