The Agricultural Unit at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a campaign to plant seedlings in vacant areas within the college gardens, as part of its continuous efforts to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the university campus and present it in the best possible form.

The campaign included planting a number of perennial and seasonal seedlings in locations that previously lacked vegetation cover, along with reorganizing some planting beds and distributing plants in a manner consistent with the overall garden design. Work was also carried out to prepare the soil and provide plant care requirements to ensure their sustainability and healthy growth.

This initiative comes within an integrated plan to improve the university environment and expand green spaces, contributing to providing a comfortable atmosphere for students and faculty, as well as promoting a culture of environmental awareness and preserving the beauty of the place.

This campaign represents an additional step toward presenting the college gardens in a civilized manner that reflects its academic standing and contributes to creating a motivating and distinguished learning environment.
