
The evening undergraduate students in the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education at the College of Islamic Sciences organized a mourning event in commemoration of the martyrdom of Al-Qasim, son of Imam Musa ibn Ja‘far (peace be upon them). This initiative comes as part of the student activities aimed at strengthening religious and human values, as well as fostering a sense of belonging among the students.
The event witnessed notable participation from students with special needs, whose presence and contributions added a distinctive and meaningful dimension to the atmosphere of mourning, reflecting the spirit of solidarity and cohesion within the university community.
The program included a mourning gathering, the recitation of Surah Al-Fatiha, and selected highlights from the noble life of Al-Qasim (peace be upon him), with emphasis on the ethical and humanitarian lessons derived from this occasion.
