Student Mohammed Takleef from the College of Islamic Sciences Honored Among the Winners of the National Qur’anic Competition “Fityat Al-Nour”

Mohammed Takleef, a student at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, was honored in the memorization category during the final ceremony of the national Qur’anic competition “Fityat Al-Nour,” held in the capital, Baghdad. He was recognized among the top six participants, during a closing event that witnessed broad official and public attendance.

The competition was organized by the “Youth of the Qur’an” volunteer team under the patronage of the Prime Minister, Eng. Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, in cooperation with the Supreme Council for Youth and the Directorate of Non-Governmental Organizations. It featured distinguished participation from Qur’an reciters and memorizers representing various Iraqi provinces, holy shrines, the National Center for Qur’anic Sciences, the Popular Mobilization Authority, and other Qur’anic institutions.

Prizes and certificates of appreciation were presented to the winners by leading figures in the Qur’anic field, including Dr. Rafeed Addai, Dr. Aqeel Lateef, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Jaberi. The event was judged by an expert panel comprising national and international scholars specialized in Qur’anic sciences.
