Assistant Lecturer Abdul-Salam Al-Mousawi, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, received a letter of commendation from Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid, President of the University of Karbala, in appreciation of his distinguished cultural and social efforts.
