Faculty Member from the College of Islamic Sciences Participates in the Judging Committee of the National Public Speaking Competition for Iraqi School Students

Assistant Professor Dr. Saeed Hamid Kazem, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Karbala, participated as a judge in the eighth annual National Public Speaking Competition for Iraqi school students.

The competition was held at the holy Al-Abbas Shrine as part of the “Fityat Al-Kafeel National Project,” under the slogan: “Champions of Oratory in the Garden of Generosity and Eloquence.” It featured broad participation, with 60 students representing 20 education directorates across various provinces, with three students from each directorate.

Dr. Saeed Hamid Kazem participated as a specialist in rhetoric and the art of public speaking, contributing alongside other committee members in evaluating the participants’ performances based on precise academic standards aimed at refining students’ oratory skills and enhancing their expressive abilities.
