Bashar Yasser Al-Helou Al-Shammari, a PhD student at the College of Islamic Sciences – University of Karbala, participated in a Hussaini gathering held at the office of His Eminence Sayyed Murtadha Al-Qazwini (may he be preserved).
During the gathering, the student presented a research paper entitled: “The Recitation of Surah Al-Kahf by the Blessed Head: An Analytical Study.” The paper explored the narrations concerning the recitation of the blessed verses by Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) after his martyrdom, highlighting their religious and spiritual dimensions, and analyzing their historical and semantic contexts in light of the sources of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
This participation falls within the cultural and academic activities of postgraduate students at the College of Islamic Sciences, which contribute to strengthening doctrinal values and promoting Hussaini awareness through scholarly research and analytical engagement with the heritage of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
