The Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Professor Dr. Mohammed Hussein Aboud Al-Taie, visited the director and editorial team of the Contemporary Islamic Studies Journal, as part of the college’s commitment to supporting academic progress and strengthening the journal’s position at both the local and regional levels.

During the visit, discussions were held on ways to advance the journal’s academic standing and to develop strong academic publishing mechanisms, contributing to improving its ranking within recognized scientific databases, as well as enhancing the quality of published research in accordance with modern standards.

This effort aims to reinforce the journal’s role in serving researchers and those interested in Islamic studies, while also opening broader opportunities for academic collaboration with Arab and international journals and institutions.

This initiative comes within the college’s strategy to support scientific research and to develop its academic journals in line with global developments, contributing to achieving academic excellence and intellectual leadership.
