The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala launched a new afforestation campaign that included planting large areas surrounding the college with different types of trees, plants and roses. Where the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Prof. Dr. Durgham Al-Moussawi, and his scientific assistant, Prof. Dr. Muslim Al-Asadi, supervised this campaign.

Which comes within a large project that aims to increase the green spaces inside the college and provide a healthy and ideal atmosphere for students and affiliates, as well as stimulating the planting of trees suitable for growth in the local environment. Because it has a positive impact on the hearts of all members of the college, including students, teachers and employees.
